Software Configuration Analyst
Job Summary
To support the management of configuration items, the full-time Software Configuration Analyst will provide tier II support for the Echo provider database, ensuring compliance with identification standards and maintaining operational processes remotely for candidates residing in Missouri or Illinois.
Key responsibilities
- Tracks, logs, and corrects information related to configuration items, performing audits and corrective actions as needed
- Installs or removes system components, conducts tests on installations, and assists in problem investigations
- Designs test cases and scripts, automates tasks, and maintains the service catalogue with up-to-date service descriptions
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- No prior experience required
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience preferred
