Job Summary
Joining the InteleShare team, the full-time Software Developer will design and deliver features for a secure, cloud-based medical image sharing platform, working within a cross-functional Agile team to enhance connectivity among healthcare providers and improve diagnostic efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain features across the InteleShare web application and services tier, ensuring solutions are tested and documented
- Write and optimize PostgreSQL queries and schema changes for a high-volume production database
- Translate customer support escalations into technical solutions, resolving root causes across the full stack
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional web application development experience with a track record of delivering production-quality software
- Proficiency in at least one server-side language (Perl, Python, Java, C#, Ruby, PHP) and willingness to work in Perl
- Working knowledge of relational databases and SQL, including the ability to diagnose slow queries
- Solid JavaScript skills, with experience in jQuery and React or a comparable framework
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
