Job Summary
Seeking an early-career Software Developer for a full-time remote position, who will design, implement, and maintain software solutions that enhance accessibility for individuals with disabilities, utilizing AI-assisted tools in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Consults with team members to gather information for designing and implementing new product features
- Writes and maintains documentation for software changes and acceptance criteria
- Creates tests to identify errors and ensure software meets specifications, while participating in peer reviews
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent; 0-2 years of related experience, including internships or academic projects
- Foundational understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and exposure to C#/.NET and/or C++
- Developing skills in writing and debugging code, with an eagerness to learn new programming languages and tools
- Interest in application development, ideally for Windows applications
- Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT
