Job Summary
Owning the development and operation of production web applications, the full-time remote Software Developer, AI Platforms will build and extend React and TypeScript front ends, Python back-end services, and ensure compliance with security requirements while integrating with third-party APIs.
Key responsibilities
- Manage production web applications, including feature work, bug fixes, releases, and on-call support
- Develop and enhance applications using React, TypeScript, and Python, ensuring integration with live data APIs
- Implement automated testing, CI/CD, logging, and monitoring to maintain software reliability and performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
- 3-6 years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years in production support
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React, along with experience in Python and PostgreSQL
- Experience deploying cloud applications on major platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), including serverless or containerized services
- Hands-on experience with large language model APIs and a Git-based workflow for code management
