Software Developer and Data Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of a new data lakehouse, the full-time remote Software Developer & Data Engineer will manage end-to-end implementation, build data ingestion patterns, and resolve identity and entity records while collaborating closely with the data team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation of lakehouse architecture and collaborate on data/platform design
• Build and establish data ingestion patterns from various sources, including APIs and external databases
• Merge and resolve records for products to create a trustworthy published record while maintaining original data integrity

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Proven track record of designing and operating a lakehouse or data warehouse in production for at least one year
• Experience in data identity and entity resolution as architectural considerations
• Experience running batch data pipelines with strict cost efficiency
• Ability to collaborate daily with other engineers in a fast-paced environment
