Job Summary
Working in a hybrid capacity, the full-time Software Developer II will leverage AI tools to develop scalable, high-quality software for the Search Personalization team, focusing on enhancing user experiences in home discovery.
Key responsibilities
- Develop responsive and resilient software using React, Java, AWS, and other tools
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define and lead projects from start to finish
- Mentor junior engineers and evaluate new AI tools and frameworks
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of professional full-stack software development experience
- Experience with AI code generation tools such as GitHub CoPilot or similar
- Proven track record of building and maintaining scalable web applications
- Strong interest in creating elegant user interfaces
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
