Seeking an experienced Software Developer in Test (SDET) for a full-time remote position, responsible for developing and executing test plans, conducting software tests, and ensuring high-quality deliverables in alignment with organizational standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, and procedures to validate software functionality
- Lead testing efforts and document results while collaborating with project stakeholders to resolve issues

Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 10 or more years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
- Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python
- Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
