Job Summary
Experienced Software Developers in Test (SDET) will find a full-time remote opportunity focused on developing and executing test plans, writing test cases, and ensuring the quality of software products for Veterans Affairs.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure software quality and compliance with organizational standards
- Lead testing activities and document results, providing analysis and resolution for any identified issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve testing processes and contribute to software development initiatives
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 10 or more years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
- Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python
- Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools, along with experience in CI/CD practices
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Public Trust security clearance
