Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Software Developer in Test (SDET) who will develop and execute test plans, write test cases and scripts, and perform software testing to ensure high-quality deliverables for Veterans Affairs projects.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, and procedures to meet organizational standards
- Lead testing activities and document results while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Implement automation frameworks and tools to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 10 or more years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
- Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools, as well as CI/CD tools
