Job Summary
Providing technical leadership for the Enterprise Contact Center Applications, the full-time remote Software Developer Lead will define architecture, manage technical debt, and mentor teams while ensuring solutions align with enterprise standards and business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Define application architecture, roadmap, and security for assigned applications
- Partner with stakeholders to guide solution design and manage innovation efforts
- Oversee documentation reviews and conduct cross-platform impact analysis
Required qualifications
- Minimum 9 years of related work experience in programming and supporting software applications
- Completion of a technical training program with a minimum of 6 years of related work experience, or a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field with at least 6 years of experience
- Proficiency in full-stack development using C#/.NET, Python, SQL Server, and RESTful APIs
- Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms and CI/CD tools, including AWS and Azure
- Demonstrated success in developing innovative technology solutions, including AI-driven applications
