Software Developer QA/QC
Job Summary
To ensure high-quality software solutions, the full-time remote Software Developer QA/QC will independently evaluate development work, perform testing, and validate adherence to standards while collaborating with various stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
Key responsibilities:
- Review business requirements, technical designs, and development deliverables for completeness and accuracy
- Develop, execute, and maintain risk-based test strategies, including manual and automated test cases
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve defects early in the development lifecycle
Required qualifications:
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle practices and quality assurance methodologies
- Proficiency in reviewing .NET applications and object-oriented code using C# or VB.NET
- Experience testing RESTful APIs, SOAP, and distributed application workflows
- Knowledge of SQL and Microsoft SQL Server for validating queries and data integrity
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing tools such as Postman and Selenium
