Software Development Engineer
Job Summary
To develop cloud-based software systems, the full-time Software Development Engineer will work onsite in San Diego, CA, focusing on building APIs and websites while collaborating with a multi-disciplinary Agile team.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain UI and APIs for the centralized account and consent management system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure code quality through continuous testing and reviews
- Implement and manage authentication and authorization mechanisms using modern frameworks and tools
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in data/software engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years programming experience in Java and Kotlin
- Experience with REST APIs and Angular
- Familiarity with RDBMS and NoSQL databases
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
