Software Development Engineer in Test
Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time remote Software Development Engineer in Test will analyze requirements, design and implement manual and automated tests, and enhance scalable automated test frameworks for AI-driven product workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze requirements to produce comprehensive test strategies and detailed test cases
- Design, build, and enhance scalable automated test frameworks for UI and API tests using tools like Selenium and pytest
- Conduct performance and load testing to ensure product scalability and report regressions to the development team
Required qualifications
- BS/BE/BTech in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience as a Software Development Engineer in Test or QA Engineer
- Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript for test automation
- Experience with Git and CI/CD systems such as GitLab CI or Jenkins
- Understanding of SDLC and Testing Pyramid concepts
