Software Development Engineer in Test
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) will design, develop, and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks for Department of Defense programs, integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance software quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain automated testing frameworks and test suites for complex federal applications
- Develop data-driven testing solutions using external sources to execute parameterized test scenarios
- Integrate and optimize automated tests within CI/CD and DevSecOps pipelines
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least five years of experience in automated software testing or an SDET role
- Proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language such as Java, Python, or C#
- Hands-on experience designing and maintaining automation frameworks using the Page Object Model
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
