Job Summary
Designing and maintaining automated and manual tests for autonomous software systems, the hybrid Software Development Engineer in Test will collaborate with development teams to ensure software quality and reliability while executing tests across various environments.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated tests using various tools and technologies
- Collaborate with project teams to define test strategies and create comprehensive test cases
- Execute manual and automated tests to verify functional, performance, and reliability requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 1-3 years of software testing/development experience for SDET 1; 3-7 years for SDET 2; 7+ years for SDET 3
- Proficiency with test case management tools such as JIRA or TestRail
- Experience with automated testing tools like Selenium, Telerik, or similar
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or C#
