Job Summary
Collaborating closely with software development teams, the hybrid Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) will design, develop, and maintain automated and manual tests for autonomous software systems, ensuring quality, performance, and reliability across various testing environments.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated tests using various tools and technologies
- Collaborate with project teams to define test strategies and plans based on requirements
- Execute manual and automated tests to verify functional, performance, and reliability requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 1-3 years (SDET 1), 3-7 years (SDET 2), or 7+ years (SDET 3) of software testing/development experience
- Proficiency with test case management tools such as JIRA or TestRail
- Experience with automated testing tools like Selenium, Telerik, or similar
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or C#
