Job Summary
To enhance product quality, the full-time Software Development Engineer in Test will design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions for UI and API layers, leveraging various programming languages and testing frameworks while collaborating in an agile environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, execute, and maintain software to test products/applications
- Define automation strategies and create tools for unit, functional, and performance testing
- Integrate tests and infrastructure automation into the CI/CD pipeline
Required qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of experience in test automation of applications from UI and API layers
- Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Java, C#, and Python
- Experience with automation frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, and REST Assured
- Knowledge of Test Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior Driven Development (BDD)
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and source code management tools like Git
