A company is looking for a Manager, SDET.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Software Development Engineers in Test (SDETs) to ensure high-quality product delivery
- Lead strategic testing initiatives and oversee release activities to ensure confidence in product releases
- Own testing frameworks and tools, applying industry best practices to enhance testing effectiveness
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years as an engineer, with at least 3 years in a people management role
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Expertise in one or more object-oriented programming languages and experience with test automation frameworks
- Comprehensive understanding of various API architectures and both relational and non-relational databases
- Experience with Agile/DevOps methodologies and administering test management tools
