Software Development Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a proactive and hands-on Software Development Manager, this full-time remote position will manage and mentor engineers while actively participating in coding and driving the delivery of a MarTech SaaS platform for automotive retailers.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and mentor engineering teams, fostering a collaborative culture focused on delivering value
- Actively participate in coding, shipping features, and solving complex engineering challenges
- Execute the implementation of generative AI features and enhance data ecosystem capabilities
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a hands-on management role
- Strong experience with PHP, Laravel, and Vue.js 3.0 for web application development
- Familiarity with AWS, particularly serverless architecture and Lambdas
- Experience with Snowflake and AI/LLM components, including building data pipelines
- Proven ability to lead teams through disciplined agile sprint management
