Job Summary
A company in the Information Technology industry is looking for a Software Development Manager.
Position Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and hold accountable a team of software developers in an agile environment
- Manage and execute software development projects from start to finish
- Provide technical mentorship to developers through code reviews and coaching
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering (preferred)
- 3-5 years of experience working with Ruby on Rails
- Experience with deployments to AWS, Heroku, or similar programs
- SQL database experience (Postgres, MySQL, SqlServer)
- Experience leading and managing a team of software developers
