Software Engineer

Job Summary

As a full-time Software Engineer on Developer Velocity, the successful candidate will design and build internal platforms, tooling, and automation to enhance the speed and reliability of engineering processes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Improve speed and reliability of early change feedback through build and dependency tooling, caching, and incremental builds
• Accelerate CI/CD pipelines to reduce build, test, and deploy times while ensuring safe production paths
• Design tools for concurrent agent execution, providing fast test feedback and reducing repetitive workflows through automation

Required qualifications

• Experience in building and operating developer-facing tooling, CI/CD systems, or internal platforms
• Strong software engineering fundamentals with a proven track record in shipping, maintaining, and debugging production systems
• Proficiency in Go or a strong willingness to learn it quickly as the primary programming language
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes or similar container orchestration technologies
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform
