Software Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Software Engineer focused on building end-to-end product features for Codex Security, this role involves developing user-facing interfaces, backend services, and workflow tooling, while working remotely or from San Francisco or Seattle.

Key responsibilities

• Build end-to-end product features for Codex Security, including developer-facing interfaces and backend services
• Own ambiguous 0-to-1 projects across product pods and platform security controls
• Translate security research into intuitive workflows that assist teams in identifying and remediating vulnerabilities

Required qualifications

• Strong software engineering fundamentals with experience across product, backend, and infrastructure
• Experience building developer tools, workflow-heavy platforms, or security products
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and own features from concept to production
• Familiarity with security concepts, including application security and vulnerability research, is a plus
• Strong product instincts with a focus on creating user-friendly interfaces and workflows
