Software Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely from anywhere within the U.S., the full-time Software Engineer will build and support Azure data pipelines and data solutions, leveraging technologies like Azure Databricks and Python while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance data quality and performance.
Key responsibilities:
- Build, enhance, and support Azure data pipelines and solutions for identity management and existing applications
- Troubleshoot data issues and contribute to performance tuning and cost optimization activities
- Collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams to communicate risks, dependencies, and progress clearly
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on data engineering experience with data pipelines and platforms
- Experience with Azure Databricks, including pipeline development and performance tuning
- Proficiency in Python for programming and data processing
- Experience with Azure Data Factory for pipeline orchestration and operational support
- Basic understanding of data governance, security, and compliance concepts
