Software Engineer
Job Summary
Building core systems and infrastructure for agent-native applications, the full-time remote Software Engineer will develop identity services, automate CI/CD processes, and contribute to product services while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement Kubernetes operators and CI/CD automation to enhance developer productivity
- Develop secure, resilient, and fault-tolerant distributed systems with best-in-class observability
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to shape internal agent usage and improve system architecture
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Go and/or Rust with experience in building developer-facing platforms and core services
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, including consensus, coordination, and state management
- Experience in creating automation and pipelines that facilitate reliable software delivery
- Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and make strategic trade-offs for long-term system development
- Clear communication skills, with a focus on written plans and asynchronous updates
