Software Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing platform that powers 20% of mortgages in the US, the full-time Software Engineer will design, implement, and maintain features across the stack while utilizing AI coding agents throughout the software development lifecycle.
Key responsibilities:
- Build end-to-end features from user interfaces to scalable back-end services
- Review, test, and enhance AI-generated code to ensure production quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with 2-5 years of experience in production software development
- Proficiency in AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex
- Experience with full-stack development, including back-end languages like Node.js, TypeScript, or Golang, and front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Familiarity with databases such as Postgres or MongoDB
- Strong learning agility and curiosity about new tools and techniques
