Software Engineer
Job Summary
To support the Application Platform team, the full-time Software Engineer will design and implement distributed systems, maintain existing services, and provide technical support to other engineers while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement distributed systems, focusing on production services and core feature development
- Maintain and debug existing systems, including fixing bugs, improving performance, and enhancing observability
- Provide technical support to engineers and developers, assisting with troubleshooting and feature requests
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of industry experience, particularly with distributed systems
- Proficiency in Java, micro-services, and debugging distributed systems
- Experience with observability systems and multi-threaded environments
- Familiarity with AI-driven engineering approaches and technical communication
