Software Engineer
Job Summary
Joining the BrandX team as a full-time remote Software Engineer, the successful candidate will develop tools for restaurant brands, manage features from inception to deployment, and collaborate with senior engineers to enhance the platform's capabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Own and develop small-to-medium features, ensuring quality and adherence to standards
- Participate in code reviews, contributing as both author and reviewer
- Troubleshoot and debug production issues while engaging in team ceremonies and learning activities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 1 to 3 years of professional software engineering experience or a strong portfolio of shipped projects
- Working knowledge of C# and .NET, with experience in building web UIs using modern frameworks
- Comfortable with SQL and relational data, understanding data movement between systems
- Familiarity with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing methodologies
