Software Engineer
Job Summary
To enhance voice AI systems and platform engineering, the full-time Software Engineer will develop conversational AI features, contribute to EHR integrations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and support conversational voice AI features on inbound and outbound platforms, improving call flow and conversational accuracy
- Contribute to backend services and EHR integrations, supporting revenue cycle and patient communication workflows
- Participate in code reviews, maintain documentation, and assist in troubleshooting production issues affecting voice AI and platform systems
Required qualifications
- No specific degree required; equivalent skills from coursework, bootcamps, or personal projects accepted
- 0-2 years of experience in software engineering or related projects
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript/TypeScript)
- Understanding of REST APIs and experience with Git and collaborative development workflows
- Basic knowledge of cloud infrastructure concepts, preferably AWS
