Key responsibilities
- Lead technical design and implementation for projects powering the @Work platform
- Set architectural standards and ensure best practices in code quality, performance, and scalability
- Partner with product, design, and operations teams to shape and deliver the @Work product strategy
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience building and scaling distributed systems, high-throughput APIs, or data-intensive services
- Proficiency in backend architecture and modern frontend frameworks
