Software Engineer
Job Summary
Leading the design and delivery of complex, end-to-end product capabilities, the full-time contract Software Engineer will develop full-stack features using React/Next.js and Python, while mentoring engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams remotely from Colombia, Brazil, or Uruguay.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and ownership of full-stack features, including scalable GraphQL APIs
- Drive technical solutions from ambiguous requirements through implementation, managing CI/CD pipelines and production stability
- Mentor mid-level and junior engineers through code reviews and direct technical guidance, enhancing team quality
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development
- Proficiency in Python and TypeScript with React/Next.js
- Deep experience designing and maintaining GraphQL APIs and service-oriented architectures
- Strong experience with AWS, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines in cloud-based architectures
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
