Software Engineer
Job Summary
Building and enhancing digital products, the fully remote Software Engineer will engage in the full software development lifecycle, contributing to both frontend and backend services while practicing test-driven development and continuous integration.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in iteration planning and daily stand-ups to ensure team alignment
- Design, develop, test, and maintain applications across the full stack
- Collaborate closely with team members and contribute to knowledge sharing and team retrospectives
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of experience for Consultant II, 3+ years for Senior Consultant I & II, and 5+ years for Lead roles
- Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals and object-oriented design
- Experience with Java/Spring, JavaScript, and React
- Backend development experience including APIs, databases (relational/NoSQL), and messaging systems
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
