Job Summary
Seeking a remote Software Engineer to build and enhance the Accolade platform with a focus on AI-first development practices, this full-time position involves writing and shipping production code, conducting code reviews, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship features across the Accolade platform, owning substantial pieces of work end to end
- Implement AI-driven capabilities into the product while collaborating with product and design teams to enhance customer experiences
- Mentor mid-level and senior engineers on cloud-native patterns and AI-first development practices through pairing and code reviews
Required qualifications
- Expertise in C# / .NET and experience with API design using ASP.NET Core
- Hands-on fluency with AI-assisted development tools and experience building orchestrated agents
- Strong working command of containerization and orchestration with major cloud platforms
- Proficiency in front-end development with React and TypeScript
- Experience with comprehensive testing strategies and secure coding practices
