Job Summary
Leading the technical onboarding and launch of new customers, the full-time Software Engineer in Implementations will build integrations, internal tools, and automation to streamline the implementation process while working in-office in New York City.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the technical onboarding and launch of new Narmi customers
- Build integrations, internal tools, and automation that streamline implementations
- Diagnose issues and ship targeted fixes and improvements in production
Required qualifications
- BS in Computer Science or similar technical background
- 1+ year of professional experience in software engineering or a technical role
- Strong professional communication skills to work across technical and non-technical teams
- Based in New York City or willing to relocate
- Authorized to work in the United States
