Software Engineer

Job Summary

As a full-time Software Engineer on the Compliance Program Engineering team, the candidate will design, build, and operate platforms for transaction data and entity labeling, ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the team to design, develop, test, and maintain features across transaction and labeling platforms
• Write high-quality, well-tested code while participating in design and code reviews
• Implement systems within microservice architectures that handle sensitive customer and financial data

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of software development or equivalent experience
• Experience building and maintaining production software systems end-to-end
• Familiarity with backend services and user interfaces
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated AI fluency, including experience with AI-powered developer tools
