Software Engineer
Job Summary
Taking ownership of feature development, the full-time remote Software Engineer will build and evolve a new TypeScript/NextJS system, making technical decisions and ensuring code quality while utilizing AI coding tools daily.
Key responsibilities
- Develop features from requirements to production, monitoring performance and quality
- Respond to incidents and escalations, contributing to resolution and maintaining documentation
- Write unit and integration tests, actively participate in code reviews, and mentor junior engineers
Required qualifications
- Hands-on experience with TypeScript and NextJS
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL, AWS, Docker, and CI/CD processes
- Experience in writing clean, production-ready code with testing practices
- Ability to effectively utilize AI coding tools in daily workflows
- Prior experience with PHP is a plus but not required
