Job Summary
Building and maintaining developer tools, the full-time Software Engineer will work remotely to create integrations and services that enhance the developer experience with Resend's products.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain developer tools for seamless integration across various languages and frameworks
- Collaborate with product squads to ensure clear API contracts and consistent behavior across SDKs and documentation
- Manage compatibility, testing, releases, and upgrades to ensure reliability for developers using the tools
Required qualifications
- Strong backend engineering experience with APIs or services in production
- Proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js
- Understanding of authentication, authorization, and error handling
- Experience in building software that other developers depend on
- Focus on interface design, documentation, and backward compatibility
