Software Engineer
Job Summary
Joining a dynamic engineering team, the full-time Associate Software Engineer will support client technical issues, improve user experiences, and assist in backend functionality while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver excellent service to internal and external stakeholders, addressing technical client issues and escalating bugs to the engineering team
- Monitor production systems for problems and assist with troubleshooting technical issues such as printer and email problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to responsive application features and gain experience with various backend and web application technologies
Required qualifications
- 0-1 years of hands-on experience in scripting, software development, or equivalent knowledge with modern tech stacks
- Familiarity with .NET and C#, or other object-oriented languages
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a desire to learn web technologies
- Interest in Generative AI and LLM technologies, along with a curiosity to explore new technologies
- Experience with cloud environments and development in Linux/Unix systems is a plus
