Software Engineer

Job Summary

To build an intelligent Application Troubleshooting and Observability Platform, the full-time remote Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Python, while implementing integrations with various cloud and observability platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain an Application Troubleshooting and Observability Platform, ensuring a unified view of application health and performance
• Develop data ingestion pipelines and correlation engines to process telemetry data and identify operational issues
• Implement integrations with monitoring, observability, and ITSM platforms using REST APIs and event-driven architectures

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of software development experience, with strong programming skills in Python or a similar language
• Proficient in REST APIs, JSON, and API integrations, along with experience in SQL and/or KQL
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, preferably WCNP/Azure, and understanding of software development lifecycle and CI/CD
• Experience with AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI
• Knowledge of agent frameworks such as OpenAI Agents SDK, LangGraph, or LangChain is preferred
