Software Engineer
Job Summary
Contributing to the development of applications and services, the full-time Software Engineer I will enhance and maintain back-end services across the technology platform while working in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and improve the product portfolio using Java, Docker, Amazon Web Services, and PostgreSQL
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile framework to design well-structured technical systems
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, and assist in integration testing while documenting software best practices
Required qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience with Java or similar programming languages
- 1+ years of experience developing systems using Amazon Web Services technologies
- 1+ years of experience with Test-driven Development (TDD)
- 1+ years of experience building and consuming Restful APIs
- Familiarity with Event Driven Development and Domain Driven Design is a plus
