Software Engineer

Job Summary

Joining a close-knit team, the full-time remote Software Engineer I will design, build, and deliver services for the T3 Fleet application, enabling end-users to track and manage their connected vehicles and assets while providing technical leadership and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop services and domains that power the application, shaping product features and capabilities
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to transform ideas from concept to delivery while ensuring quality and scalability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• Proficiency in a high-order object-oriented language (especially Python or TypeScript) and JavaScript ES6+
• Experience with event-driven architectures and high-volume data processing
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and public cloud service platforms
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and apply that knowledge effectively
