Job Summary
Building anti-abuse systems, the full-time remote Software Engineer will develop real-time enforcement layers, design detection pipelines, and automate processes to enhance email security for developers.
Key responsibilities
- Build and run the real-time enforcement layer within a latency budget of milliseconds
- Design pipelines that transition from signal to decision to action across various activities
- Automate manual tasks such as investigations and appeals to manage increasing volume
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and React (Hono, Next.js)
- Experience with AWS, CDK, and Datadog for infrastructure and reliability
- Familiarity with APIs, event-driven architectures, and stateful services
- Proven experience with databases such as Postgres and Redis
