Software Engineer
Job Summary
Focusing on agentic systems, the full-time Software Engineer will design and build the runtime for agents, integrate them with enterprise systems, and ensure their reliability while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design and build the runtime for agent execution, including planning, execution loops, and failure recovery
- Develop agents based on domain workflows, ensuring decisions are grounded in authoritative enterprise data
- Implement evaluation metrics and safeguards for agent quality, reliability, and security across production systems
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of software engineering experience, including work with production systems
- Strong understanding of LLM behavior and experience with LLM APIs and tool calling
- Solid backend and cloud experience, particularly with AWS or equivalent
- Proficiency in TypeScript and/or Python
- Experience evaluating and debugging non-deterministic systems
