Software Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Software Engineer for a full-time position focused on writing clear specifications, directing AI agents to build software, and ensuring the correctness, security, and maintainability of the resulting code in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Specify and decompose business requests into structured specifications and acceptance criteria
- Orchestrate AI agents to build, configure, integrate, and troubleshoot software systems while managing dependencies
- Review and validate both AI-generated and human-written code for architecture, security, and performance
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience with production systems
- Hands-on experience with agentic development tools such as Claude Code or GitHub Copilot
- Ability to read, debug, and reason about code not originally written by the candidate
- Experience with Git, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
