Software Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Software Engineer SMTS on the Brain Team will develop and enhance the intelligence layer of the AI SDR product, collaborating with product and AI platform teams to ensure optimal performance and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and upgrade AI agents for the Piper product, focusing on system prompts and model configurations
• Collaborate with product teams to integrate customer GTM strategies and CRM data into personalized AI experiences
• Develop and maintain LLM evaluations to ensure high-quality responses and business outcomes

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product engineering or related fields
• Strong full-stack development skills with proficiency in both frontend and backend technologies
• Experience with real-time and text-based LLM products is a plus
• Understanding of agent fundamentals, including context, tokens, and system prompts
• Ability to work independently and engage with product and domain experts to drive projects to completion
