Software Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Software Engineer will develop and implement innovative solutions for the Cyber Defense Tooling team, enhancing system design and automating processes to improve the Security Operations Center's operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement solutions that exemplify modern software engineering practices
- Enhance system design to simplify and improve resiliency in system interactions and dependencies
- Champion an "automation first" mentality throughout engineering and operations practices
Required qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience with software development
- 4+ years of Golang experience or 4+ years of experience in 2 backend languages, with at least one being compiled
- 2+ years of experience with JavaScript and at least one JavaScript framework (Vue, React)
- 1+ year of experience with commercial Cloud hosting environments (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure)
- 1+ years of experience with Git
