Job Summary
Supporting the Medvitals Team, the full-time Software Engineer will be responsible for the creation, implementation, maintenance, and documentation of various application systems, ensuring effective performance and production support.
Key responsibilities
- Gather and analyze complex business requirements to develop functional and technical specifications
- Design, develop, and document application systems, including testing and implementation of new solutions
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff while overseeing the full life cycle of medium to large-sized projects
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- Five years of related work experience with computer systems and applications
- Strong technical skills in software development and system analysis
- Experience with Agile methodology and application programming interfaces (APIs)
- Knowledge of data architecture, debugging, and secure coding practices
