Job Summary
Driving the design and delivery of scalable banking features, the full-time Software Engineer will work remotely to enhance customer trust through reliable money management solutions and mentor fellow engineers in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead technical design and delivery of banking features to support a seamless mobile experience
- Set architectural standards for code quality, performance, security, and reliability across banking services
- Collaborate with product, design, risk, and compliance teams to translate roadmaps into high-quality software
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience in backend or full-stack software engineering with technical leadership experience
- Proven success in designing and scaling production-grade APIs and distributed systems in regulated financial services
- Experience with sensitive financial data and money movement systems such as ledgers or account management
- Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript, along with familiarity with microservices, Kubernetes, and AWS
- Experience with mobile applications, preferably React Native, is a plus
