Job Summary
To support the development of business solutions, the full-time remote Software Engineer will design, code, test, and implement moderately complex systems while mentoring junior engineers and resolving system issues.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and develop solutions to address moderately complex business problems
- Research and permanently resolve system problems and incidents
- Mentor Apprentice and Associate Software Engineers through coaching and training opportunities
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of programming experience in one or more current programming languages
- Strong technical knowledge of all phases of application development
- Proficient in ASP.NET C#, Classic ASP, and SQL database standards
- Ability to engage effectively in virtual environments and maintain professional communication
