Software Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Software Engineer, this position will develop features and applications as part of an agile team, ensuring operational maintenance and troubleshooting of backend systems while utilizing AI-assisted development tools in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal partners to design and maintain applications, ensuring compliance with accessibility standards
- Continuously monitor and optimize software for reliability while adhering to architectural standards
- Contribute to the development of Generative AI features and integrate AI tools into the software development process
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages and web technologies, including React and .NET frameworks
- Hands-on experience with Git and automated testing methodologies
- Familiarity with Azure services and AI concepts, including Generative AI and Responsible AI practices
- Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
