Software Engineer
Job Summary
Driving developer productivity, the full-time remote Software Engineer will own the internal developer platform, enhance CI/CD processes, and build systems that integrate AI capabilities to improve engineering workflows across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Own the architecture, build, rollout, operation, and measurement of the internal developer platform
- Invest in and optimize build systems and CI/CD pipelines to ensure fast and reliable deployments
- Collaborate with teams to establish metrics and dashboards that identify and remove bottlenecks in the development process
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in developer productivity, build/release engineering, or internal platforms
- Deep expertise in build systems, CI/CD, and safe deployment workflows
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript/Node.js and SQL; familiarity with Python is a plus
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and agent frameworks, including context management and orchestration
- Solid understanding of AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes fundamentals
